The digital solutions offered by the Digital Kit are aimed at the needs of small and medium-sized companies with up to 49 workers, micro-businesses and self-employed workers of any sector or type.
We offer solutions that will boost your business by improving team management, streamlining your commercial activities, and growing your business and brand online through our various services.

CONSULTING
Once you complete the form, we will contact you to audit your company, identify your digital needs and propose the best solutions.
AWARD
We create a detailed budget based on your company's digital needs to access the Digital Kit voucher.
PROCESSING
We will request the voucher for you. BDR Group will handle all the necessary documentation. Or you can do it yourself at sede.red.gob.es
EXECUTION
Once 70% of the subsidy is approved, we begin the budget actions and the justification to receive the remaining 30% of the payment.

The IT program for companies is a new commitment by the Government of Spain to help companies achieve digital maturity.
Financed by European Funds, the Digital Kit is aimed at companies, micro-businesses and self-employed workers, from any sector or type of business. With a digital voucher, companies will be able to access the digitalization solutions we offer.
The official requirements that you must meet as an entrepreneur appear in provision nº21873 of the Official State Gazette (BOE) of December 30.
- Ser una sociedad mercantil.
- Not be considered a company in crisis.
- Be up to date with payments of tax obligations and Social Security obligations.
- Not incur any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Subsidies Law.
- Be registered in the Census of businessmen, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Foral Tax Administration.
- Not be subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision of the European Commission.
- Do not exceed the minimum aid limit (€200,000).
- Have the Consulting Maturity Level evaluated according to the diagnostic test on the Acelera SME platform.
Pertenecer a alguno de los siguientes segmentos (tener entre 10 y 250 empleados).

The beneficiary and the Digitizing Agent negotiate, sign and formalize a Digitization Solutions Provision Agreement.
After formalizing the agreement, the Digitizing Agent implements the requirements belonging to each phase of the digitization solution, that is, offering the technological solution to the beneficiary (the implementation period in some cases is one day, in others it can be several weeks).
The Digitizing Agent issues a single invoice after the first phase of service provision, with the total amount (of the 12 months of service provision) and indicating the subsidized amount.
The beneficiary will pay the non-eligible expenses (for example VAT, which may later be deducted) and will transfer the right to collect the eligible amount in favor of the Digitizing Agent.
The Digitizing Agent will provide the digitizing solution requested by the beneficiary for a period of 12 months from the beginning of the implementation.
